Emulsion Plant
- Reverse osmosis DI water plant
- 2 x 3 tonne stainless steel wax melters
- 2 x 2.5 tonne stainless steel blenders with in-line shear
- 1 x 7 tonne stainless steel blender with in-vessel shear
- 1 x 11 tonne stainless steel blender with in-vessel shear
- 3 tonne per hour homogeniser
All of the plant is 316 stainless steel with heating, cooling, circulation and variable speed agitation. Pack sizes from 5 litres to bulk tanker.
